I was happy to be mostly wrong, but those few places where she hit the highest notes in that gorgeous classically trained voice pulled me right out of the show. I sort of stumbled into your Substack and I’m finding it very interesting. I don’t know much about theater in the UK, but your writing about your theater school days rings familiar. I didn’t go to school for theater, but I’ve been working in New York theater for 20 years, and the stories are gruesome. Anyway, I’m digging your vibe
